Be a Good Listener: Pay attention to your coaches and follow their guidance when given.
Exhibit Respect and Sportsmanship: Show respect for coaches, teammates, opponents, umpires, and parents at all times. Failure to do so may jeopardize your participation in the club.

FAMILY EXPECTATIONS
Arrive Early: Ensure your player arrives at practice 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time and be on time for games. Arrive at least 45 minutes before game time to ensure your player is ready.
Understand Playing Time: As a select club, playing time is not guaranteed to be equal. Be aware that missed practices or tardiness may affect playing time.
Respect the Commitment: Recognize that this is a select group of athletes who rely on each other to be present and engaged. During the season (April - July), all weekends should be reserved for softball tournaments. If a tournament is canceled, coaches may opt to schedule a make-up event later in the season. Plan family vacations accordingly.
Support the Coaches: Our coaches volunteer their time because of their passion for the game and their desire to give back. Always communicate with respect and appreciation.
Be a Supportive Fan: Cheer for the team, but refrain from coaching from the sidelines—unless you are a coach on the team.
Follow the 24-Hour Rule for Concerns: If a concern arises, wait 24 hours before addressing it. Speak directly to the coach in person or by phone—please avoid email or text for sensitive issues.
Respect Opponents and Officials: Do not engage with umpires, opposing players, or fans in a negative manner. Negative interactions can impact your daughter’s participation in the club.

Foster Individual and Team Growth: Connect with every player, ensuring that all athletes improve—not just your own child. Your responsibility lies with the entire team, and your decisions should reflect that.
Be Organized: Head coaches are expected to develop a structured practice plan for each session, and collaborate effectively with assistant coaches on both practice and game strategies.
Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and proactive communication with parents to keep them informed and engaged.
